Sony VAIO Z Series Laptop Review

The new Sony VAIO Z Series laptop which retails for $3,999 is one of the most expensive ultraportable laptops available in the market. The laptop does offer a powerful onboard configuration housed within the super thin design.
The 13.1 inch laptop weighs in extremely light at just 1.15kg, mainly because it just houses electrical circuits inside. The laptop boasts of a powerful processor in the form of Intel Core i7-2620M CPU. The device is powered by a 8GB DDR3 SDRAM and offers two 128GB solid state drives for storage. This is a very good configuration for a laptop that is just 15mm thick with the lid closed. The screen is a relief compared to other small screen laptops but the 1920×1080 pixels on a 13.1 inch screen may prove to be an eyesore for many users.
All god things being said, the only negative about this laptop other than the price tag is the keyboard. The keys feel very shallow and the edges of the base may cause discomfort to the user after a period of use.
